I became a patron 4 years ago and my experience here is outstanding. My regular clinic slots or ad hoc clinic requests are arranged with ease with a simple phone call or an email. The CrB team, from Reception to senior management is warm, welcoming and always helpful. There is an aura of respect and professionalism, and one feels valued as a patron. It is lovely to start your working day greeted with a smile and a hot drink and the signature Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Any request for help or additional support is met with enthusiasm and nothing is too much trouble for the team at Reception. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable and equipped to meet both general clinical and individual requirements. I see patients taking a single look at the room when they walk in and settling at ease knowing they are in a good place. CrB has a prime location, easy to access from every part of Birmingham and the surrounding area by car or public transport. There is a bus stop outside the clinic and a tram station nearby. Many of my patients come from other counties and CrB’s large, free car park, unique to this exclusive area, is a great advantage. There is a separate parking area for patrons to ensure everyone is at their clinic without delay. The CrB ethos is putting people and the community at the centre. There is a great opportunity to network with professionals from various fields, creating sense of a community and an opportunity for a seamless referral pathway for patients. At every festivity, the CrB team organises celebrations to remember, and Linda McBride’s patronage of the Birmingham Hippodrome ensures that all patrons can immerse in the cultural life of Birmingham. My time in clinic and as a patron at CrB is a happy time because I am surrounded by an amazing, dedicated team. I am looking forward to many more years working together. I have used the Consulting Rooms over several years. The facilities are smart, welcoming and patient and doctor-friendly. The location and parking facilities are also a major draw. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, show flexibility and are easily contactable. I’ve had a number of friendly tips and steers in developing my clinic along the way. The CrB team have taken the worry out of a major aspect of running a private clinic by providing excellent facilities to see patients.

I have used CrB for more than two years now and the rooms are of excellent quality. There is a convenient, large car park and the rooms are well located in Edgbaston. The staff have always made me feel comfortable and attend to my every need quietly and effectively. They serve a good cup of tea and cold water without me even asking and also look after my patients in the waiting lounge, which is beautifully furnished. They text me when my patients arrive and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are always clean and bright and the air-conditioning is a welcome bonus on a hot/cold day. The recent renovations have brought these rooms into a Harley Street standard, which is appreciated by patients and patrons alike. I have also enjoyed the social side of being part of CrB and trips to the theatre and musicals have been a highlight. The admin team are very good at booking the rooms and have always been able to accommodate me. I cannot recommend this venue and the team highly enough.

I have nothing but the highest praise for the Consulting Rooms. I have been consulting here since the inception of the current management. The facilities are under constant improvement to the highest standard. The managerial staff are excellent with an equally outstanding Reception team to match.

I have been consulting at CrB for 25 years, seeing medicolegal and private patients and it feels like a second home for me. The facilities are great fit for consulting with ample parking of patients. You are always made welcome.

I have been doing medico-legal work at CrB for a number of years. There is never an issue parking and the rooms easily accessed, though the traffic early morning can be an issue. The rooms are clean and some are air-conditioned. The staff are excellent, courteous and helpful. They provide regular refreshment during the day. They communicate well with my secretary. The day rate is reasonable for such a central location – and much cheaper than Harley Street!
