			Linda McBride
Founder & Managing Director
Linda is a highly accomplished individual who thrives on taking up a challenge. In 2014, while running her Psychotherapy Private Practice, the opportunity arose to take over the medical facility where she was based, 38 Harborne Road, Edgbaston. Her vision was to create and develop a facility in the heart of Birmingham’s Medical Quarter that would be on a par with those found in London’s Harley Street.
With Linda at the helm, the Birmingham Consulting Rooms have grown to embody her unique perspective and personal values. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her dedication to providing the highest quality of care, have made the facility a highly sought-after destination for medical professionals and clients alike.
Combining her background in television and her training in psychotherapy, Linda brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her business approach. Her creative flair, honed through her experience in broadcasting, merges seamlessly with the principles of Person Centred approach, resulting in a truly innovative and distinct business model.
Linda places emphasis on providing an environment where both staff and patrons feel valued and respected. Her commitment to high standards and dedication to providing an exceptional service have attracted high-quality medical professionals from across the UK. We are also proud to have supported international Practitioners from as far away as Australia.
Kelly Sangha
Company Director & Manager
Kelly has worked in healthcare for over three decades and joined Consulting Rooms Birmingham in 2014. She has established herself as a dedicated and proficient leader in business and her dual roles as a Company Director and Manager enable her to oversee all facets of the business. Her day-to-day management role ensures seamless service delivery and exceptional customer service to patrons and patients. Her roles encompass staff management, financial oversight and maintaining regulatory compliance, all while implementing initiatives to enhance patron and patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Of Indian heritage, Kelly brings a unique understanding of business and has developed the ability to blend traditional values with a modern management approach. This has helped her ensure that CrB maintains its core values of respect, trust and professionalism.
Central to her approach is a commitment to the principles of a non-judgmental attitude, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all staff, patrons and patients.
			
			Barbara Cuthbert
Lead Receptionist / Administrator
Barbara demonstrates exceptional efficiency in handling all reception and administration responsibilities. Her meticulous attention to detail provides for a well-organised reception area. A significant aspect of Barbara’s role involves welcoming medical professionals and effectively managing their clinics. Her patience and calm demeanour always prove great attributes to this role.
Amanda Vickers
Receptionist
Amanda began working at CrB in 2019 and is a key member of our reception team.
She brings extensive experience from her previous role with NHS hospitals, in particular her skills in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, demonstrating her ability to connect and communicate effectively with patients and patrons. 
Her focus is to ensure that all visitors to CrB are met in a warm and welcoming manner. She is always helpful, approachable and efficient in dealing with any given situation. Amanda also plays a vital role in the organisation by supporting all our clinicians and overseeing the day-to-day management of all their clinics and patients.

Junior Receptionist
Simran’s ability to communicate effectively plays a pivotal role in enhancing the patient and patron experience at CrB. With a rich heritage rooted through her diverse background, Simran also brings a fresh and dynamic approach to our business.
Liam Carney-McBride
Health & Safety and Property Maintenance Manager
As the Health & Safety and Property Maintenance Manager, NEBOSH-trained Liam plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of staff and patients within Consulting Rooms Birmingham. His expertise in health and safety regulations and procedures allows him to effectively implement and maintain a safe working environment.
