Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by a member of our professional team, guided to your allocated room and offered CrB’s trademark coffee. Our Reception team are dedicated to ensuring your clinic operates efficiently, providing you and patients with a seamless and positive experience. At CrB we strive to create a sense of community where Patrons feels genuinely welcomed.

Highly trained and experienced staff

Customer service is a top priority at CrB and all our staff are thoroughly trained to meet our high standards. Amongst others, their extensive training covers Emergency Response/First Aid, Safeguarding both adults and children, Chaperoning, GDPR compliance, Autism Awareness and Mental Health Awareness.

Comfortable and modern facilities

Our building offers the added advantage of high-speed WIFI and individually controlled air conditioning (both heating and cooling). All rooms equipped with emergency buttons, weighing scales, wall-mounted height measures as well as essential medical equipment.

Additional Services

CrB also offers a range of additional support services removing the need to source external providers. These include in-house sharps collection and disposal, clinical and confidential waste management and chaperone services.

Administration support is also available upon request. Whilst CrB do not require CQC registration, our team are here to provide the support you require with registration and documentation.

Dedicated car parking spaces exclusively for practitioners. In addition, spacious car park available for patients, ensuring hassle-free access for all visitors. On-street parking available nearby, along with convenient Pay & Display options.
